You must repent from your transgressions (such as masturbation and going out with foreign women). The criterion for choosing a wife is religiosity and character. Marriage to someone who does not have extensive knowledge of Islamic law or does not frequently complete the recitation of the Qur’an is not prohibited. It is sufficient for a girl's religiosity that she observes the obligatory duties, especially prayer, and avoids major sins. If she does not observe prayer or is negligent in her hijab, do not marry her unless she repents and becomes upright; otherwise, seek someone else. Protect yourself upon repenting from sins.
