It is not permissible for the husband to meet his contracted wife outside her home without her family's knowledge, because she is required to seek permission from her guardian to go out until she moves to his home. However, it is permissible for him to meet her in her family's home or go out with her with their knowledge, and he may enjoy her without intercourse.
