1- What is the ruling on piercing the navel for wearing jewelry for a girl?

It is permissible for a woman to pierce her ears to wear earrings because it is a place of adornment. However, it is not permissible to pierce the belly to wear a navel ring, as it involves an assault on the body without justification, and because the belly is usually covered, and because jewelry is typically worn in visible places. Furthermore, it involves imitating disbelieving and immoral women. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever imitates a people is one of them."
