Is what is written in chat programs considered speech for which a person is held accountable, and is a person considered talkative if their writings are numerous?

A person is held accountable for all their statements and actions, including what they write with their own hand, as Allah Almighty says: "So woe to those who write the Scripture with their own hands, then say, 'This is from Allah,' in order to exchange it for a small price. Woe to them for what their hands have written and woe to them for what they earn." (Al-Baqarah: 79), and His saying: "And the record [of deeds] will be placed [before them], and you will see the criminals fearful of what is therein, and they will say, 'Oh, woe to us! What is this book that leaves nothing small or great except that it has enumerated it?' And they will find what they did present [before them]. And your Lord does not wrong anyone." (Al-Kahf: 49), and His saying: "And everything they did is in the written records. And every small and great [thing] is inscribed." (Al-Qamar: 52-53).

A person must be conscious of Allah's watchful eye when writing, and utilize modern technologies in inviting to Allah, spreading good, and advising one another, in accordance with Allah's saying: "And speak to people good [words]" (Al-Baqarah: 83), and His saying: "And tell My servants to say that which is best. Indeed, Satan incites [discord] among them. Indeed, Satan is ever, to man, a clear enemy." (Al-Israa: 53), and according to the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him speak good or remain silent."

Good speech is any talk that brings one closer to Allah and benefits people, and good is better than silence because it is a gain.
