Is it permissible for a Muslim woman, who sought divorce from her non-Muslim husband after a ten-year marriage, to take the money that her husband relinquished, which was designated for buying a home for them, and will Allah accept her repentance?

Scholars have unanimously agreed on the prohibition of a Muslim woman marrying a non-Muslim, and such a marriage contract is null and void. If a woman does this while knowing the religious ruling, she is considered an adulteress. However, the door to repentance is open for the sinner, no matter how great her sins. If she is sincere in her repentance, shows remorse, and resolves not to return to the sin, then Allah will accept her repentance and transform her evil deeds into good ones. As for the money the non-Muslim gave her, there is no harm in taking it and benefiting from it, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, accepted gifts from non-believers. Perhaps this money will help her start a new life. We advise her to marry a righteous Muslim man after her 'iddah (waiting period) ends, and to strive to compensate for what she missed by increasing good deeds, seeking knowledge, and memorizing the Qur'an.
