Is it permissible to announce the passing of the deceased in the village on a dedicated bulletin board in the mosque?

Firstly: It is not permissible to announce the death of a deceased person in a manner resembling the forbidden lamentation (na'i). However, it is permissible to inform their relatives and acquaintances to attend the prayer and burial, as this does not fall under the forbidden lamentation. Indeed, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) informed the Muslims of the death of the Negus and prayed over him.

Secondly: A board should not be placed in the mosque for announcing deaths, as mosques were not built for this purpose.
