Are all of God's active attributes intrinsic and eternal, or do some depend on His will, such as anger, love, and satisfaction?

The self-related attributes of Allah do not depend on His will, and the active attributes depend on His will like descent, coming, and settling. The active attributes are not eternal because Allah performed them after He was not doing them. In terms of the type of action, Allah has always been active in what He wills. Some attributes are self-related in terms of type and active in terms of instances, like the attribute of creation. The type of actions is eternal, but their type and instances may be contingent; for example, descent is of a contingent type, and its instances renew every night. Settling on the Throne is an active attribute in terms of type because it occurred after the creation of the Throne.
