The answer

Responsibility is lifted from one who acts without volition, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The pen has been lifted from three: from the sleeper until he awakens, from the child until he reaches puberty, and from the insane person until he regains his sanity." However, if he is of sound mind during prayer times, he is not permitted to absent himself from Friday prayers and congregational prayers, nor to harm the worshipers. It is also recommended for him to go to the Sacred Mosque (Masjid al-Haram).
