Is it permissible for a father to register a shop in the name of one of his sons without consulting the others, and is that son, who supports his parents, entitled to own this shop?

A father singling out his daughter for a gift, excluding the rest of her siblings, goes against the justice commanded by the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. Her being dutiful to him does not justify her preferential treatment. The father must be just among his children in giving gifts. Favoring one child is a sin that requires repentance. The father must give the remaining children what ensures justice.
