What is to be done with a husband characterized by hypocrisy, stinginess, and ill-treatment, and is divorce the ideal solution in this case despite the presence of a daughter?

Marriage is based on affection, mercy, keeping covenants, and raising children. The husband is required to treat his wife well, provide for her, and raise their children properly. If these meanings are lost and life becomes harmful, it is advisable to present the situation to those whom one respects. If that does not help, one can be patient and seek reward from Allah if that is better for your daughter. Otherwise, divorce is a final legitimate solution: "And if they separate [by divorce], Allah will enrich each [of them] from His abundance. And Allah is ever Encompassing and Wise."
