Is the sister entitled to claim her deferred dowry and maintenance after her husband divorced her with three repudiations without a legitimate Shar'i reason, knowing that he did not add her to his passport or nationality, and they do not have children, and the divorce occurred in the marital home in Dubai while the marriage contract was concluded in Sharjah?

Divorce is the most detestable of lawful acts in the sight of Allah. Scholars have differed regarding the ruling on a husband initiating divorce without a valid Shar'i reason. Some have deemed it disliked (makrooh), while others have declared it forbidden (haraam). If a husband pronounces a divorce, certain rights accrue to the wife, including the payment of the deferred dowry (mu'akhkhar as-sadaq) and compensatory gift (mut'ah). She does not have a right to maintenance (nafaqah) if the divorce is irrevocable (ba'in), unless she is pregnant. It is advisable to refer to the Sharia courts to adjudicate these matters.
