What is the ruling on using the mizmar, mijwiz, and yarghoul at celebrations, and what is the ruling on singing "Al-Hadadah" with clapping, without musical instruments or mixing?

Psalms are forbidden by Sharia. The Yarghul and the Majouz are among the forbidden Psalms. As for singing, it is permissible if it is free from musical instruments, mixing (of genders), and obscene words, and if it does not lead to temptation or a prohibited act. Clapping is a matter of disagreement among scholars.
