Will the door of good deeds be closed for a relative who wronged someone in their wealth? And will their relative's charity on their behalf be accepted, or is the door of their good deeds closed because of the Almighty's saying: "So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it"?

The door of good deeds is not closed in the face of the oppressor. Rather, the oppressed will be compensated from him on the Day of Judgment if he does not repent. Your charity on behalf of the oppressed does not remove the oppressor's liability unless you give it to the oppressed person himself. In that case, the oppressor's financial obligation is cleared, but the sin of oppression still necessitates repentance with its conditions: returning material rights (which has been done by your payment), regretting the sin, resolving not to return to it, and immediately abandoning it. You must inform him that you have borne the financial liability for him, and that he must repent to Allah to be absolved of the sin of oppression. You should also advise him and remind him of the gravity of oppression and its punishment.
