What is the name of the dwellings where the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, resided in Medina after the Hijrah?

The Prophet, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, settled in two places in Medina: The first was in the neighborhood of Banu Amr ibn Awf, where he stayed for fourteen nights. Then he moved to the neighborhood of Banu al-Najjar, who were his father's maternal uncles, and stayed with Abu Ayyub al-Ansari.
