Who inherits Muhammad, who was not married, and who had two half-brothers from his father who passed away, and whose father, mother, and two brothers, Alawi and Abd al-Jawad, also passed away, and those two brothers have children?

If a person dies and leaves behind one sister from the father's side and four brothers from the father's side, and there are no other heirs, the inheritance is divided among them, with the male receiving the share of two females. This is based on the Almighty's saying: "And if there are brothers and sisters, both male and female, then for the male is the share of two females." The inheritance is divided into nine portions: the sister receives one portion, and each brother receives two portions. It is advisable to refer to the Sharia courts regarding inheritance matters to safeguard everyone's interests.
