Is a wife considered divorced, is desertion established for her, and is she forbidden to her husband if her husband divorced her in a state of anger and left her for more than a year, and she did not accept returning to him due to his polygyny and his lack of justice between them?

The divorce of an angry person does not take effect if he does not comprehend what he is saying. However, if he is aware of what he is saying, then it does take effect. The husband has the right to take back his wife who has been given a revocable divorce (talaq raj'i) during her 'iddah, without requiring her consent, provided that the intention is reconciliation and not harm. The 'iddah is three menstrual cycles or until delivery for a pregnant woman. Divorce does not occur merely by abandonment or distancing oneself from the wife. A husband who has multiple wives must be just between them. It is forbidden to abandon a wife without a legitimate Sharia reason, and if the abandonment is prolonged, two arbiters should be sent, one from his family and one from her family, to reconcile between them.
