Is it permissible for a bedridden person to use perfumed tissues to wipe away urine, and what is the alternative if it is not permissible?

It is sufficient to cleanse oneself with dry tissues, whether scented or not. This is adequate for both the able and those unable to walk, provided that one wipes three times covering the area of impurity, even though some scholars stipulated complete purification. Wiping with tissues is not sufficient if the impurity has spread to half or more of the buttock or glans.
