What is the ruling on a wife who disobeys her husband regarding intimacy, leaves the house without his permission, and creates problems with her daughter, and could the reason for this be an evil eye or envy?

The aforementioned wife is disobedient and rebellious by leaving the house without her husband's permission and refusing intimacy. The treatment for rebellion is carried out through steps outlined in the Holy Quran, or by seeking arbitration from wise family members. If it is highly probable that there is an evil eye or magic, then one must be diligent with lawful ruqya (exorcism). The wife should have her own independent living quarters with her amenities if the husband has a daughter from another woman living with them. It is incumbent upon both spouses to live together amicably and not fall short in fulfilling their rights to ensure family stability.
