What is the ruling on continuing a friendship with a woman who performs acts of magic on her husband, knowing that these acts are forbidden by the explicit text of the hadith: "Whoever comes to a soothsayer or a diviner has disbelieved in what was revealed to Muhammad"?

Practicing magic is a grave sin, one of the seven destructive sins. One who practices magic should be advised to repent and warned of Allah's punishment, and it should be clarified that there are lawful means to protect the family. If he does not repent, he should be ostracized if there is a legitimate religious benefit in ostracizing him, such as deterring him and causing him to abandon his disobedience.
