Does a girl's conversation with the young man with whom she previously committed adultery invalidate her repentance from adultery? Is her marriage to a righteous man valid? Is it necessary for her to inform her husband about what happened? Is it permissible for her to request that the Hadd be carried out on her in a country that enforces the Hadd?

The girl has done well by repenting from adultery, and whoever repents, Allah forgives him. Her returning to speak with the young man does not affect her repentance from adultery, but it is a sin from which she must repent. She must cast away these intrusive thoughts and resist the whispers of Satan. Her marriage is valid if it fulfills the conditions, and her previous conversations do not affect it. She is not obligated to inform her husband about what happened in the past; in fact, it is impermissible, because a sinner must conceal his own sins.
