What is the ruling on taking out a perfumed Qur'an from a bag on the Day of Tarwiyah?

It is forbidden for a pilgrim in the state of ihram to use perfume on the body, clothes, or anything else. Whoever intentionally uses it, or continues to use it after becoming aware of the prohibition, must pay a fidyah (expiatory offering). However, if one is accidentally affected by perfume and removes it immediately upon realizing it, there is no penalty, based on the Almighty's saying: ﴿And there is no blame upon you for that in which you have erred, but [only for] what your hearts intended.﴾
