Is ongoing charity to orphans and poor families sufficient expiation for having intercourse with one's spouse in Ramadan after Fajr twice, if one is unable to free a slave or fast due to health conditions?

Whoever has sexual intercourse with his wife intentionally during the daytime in Ramadan has committed a grave sin. He must repent to Allah and is obligated to offer expiation (kaffarah) and make up for the day he violated. If intercourse occurs on two separate days, expiation is required for each day. However, if it occurs multiple times within a single day, then according to the preponderant opinion, only one expiation is due.

The expiation for intercourse is: freeing a slave. If he is unable to do so, then he must fast for two consecutive months. If he is unable to do this due to illness or similar reasons, then he must feed sixty poor persons, giving each poor person one mudd of food (approximately 750 grams of rice). It is not permissible to feed a smaller number than sixty poor persons repeatedly; rather, sixty different poor persons must be fed, and this is the preponderant opinion of the majority of scholars.
