Is selling sticks and bamboo to be used in the Arḍah (a traditional Saudi sword dance) forbidden? And are drums used in celebrations forbidden, and therefore, is selling them forbidden?

The 'Ardah (a traditional dance) is forbidden if it involves drums and wind instruments, as the drum falls under the category of prohibited musical instruments (ma'azif). Attending gatherings of sin is a participation in the wrongdoing, for Allah Almighty says: "And He has already revealed to you in the Book that when you hear the verses of Allah being denied and ridiculed, do not sit with them until they engage in another conversation. Indeed, in that case, you would be like them." Selling sticks and bamboo is permissible, but it is not permissible to sell them to someone who will use them for unlawful purposes.
