Is the father's anger from the Lord's anger, given that the father is disobedient [to Allah], abuses his children, and exploits them financially and psychologically, which makes the children want to cut ties with him?

Allah has made it obligatory to honor one's parents and be dutiful towards them, linking His right to theirs, and Islamic law has warned against disobeying them. Children must meet any shortcomings of their parents with patience and kindness, work to reconcile differences with them, visit them, address them with the best words, and spend money on them. It is not permissible for a father to sell his son's house, and the matter should be handled with wisdom and persuasion. If the father's motive is an urgent need for financial support, then it is incumbent upon the children to fulfill his need.
