If the factory can be utilized for purposes other than alcohol, then it is permissible for the Muslim debtor to hand it over to the creditor as payment for his debt. The creditor must utilize it for permissible purposes, and it is not permissible for him to sell it to someone who would use it in the production of alcohol.
