What are the Quranic texts and honorable Prophetic traditions that indicate the regulation of the relationship between workers and their employers in Islam?

There are many texts from the Qur’an and Sunnah that regulate the relationship between the worker and the employer, including:

- The obligation to fulfill contracts, discharge trusts, be just, and avoid treachery.

- Describing the people of Paradise as those who guard their trusts and covenants.
