Is it permissible for a father to move from his job in a non-Islamic bank to another job with a lower salary in the sports field, knowing that he is aware of the impermissibility of his current work and has debts that he is paying off?

Working in a usurious bank is forbidden, because the worker there is inevitably involved in writing usurious contracts, witnessing them, or assisting in them in some way. "Allah has cursed the one who consumes Riba (usury), the one who pays it, the one who writes it, and its two witnesses." The questioner's father must immediately leave his job at the bank and repent to Allah, and he should know that Allah blesses lawful provision and destroys unlawful gain. As for debts, they have no bearing on the obligation to leave the job, as there are alternative means through which debts can be repaid.
