Do the Hadith in Bukhari regarding injustices and the Quranic verses concerning the punishment of wrongdoers mean that Allah will grant the wronged person some of the good deeds of the sorcerer who harmed them with magic? And will this recompense be obligatory, even if the wronged person is content with their status in Paradise without this increase? And can the wronged person ask Allah to change the method of retribution against the sorcerer to tormenting him with pain instead of taking his good deeds?

Sorcery is a crime and a grave sin, and it must be treated and eliminated. Injustice is forbidden, and the hadith you mentioned is authentic; it aims to deter from injustice and urge the oppressor to repent and restore rights before the Day of Reckoning. It does not mean neglecting the oppressor, for Allah is just and will grant justice to the oppressed. On the Day of Resurrection, scales of justice will be set up, and no soul will be wronged in the slightest. Allah grants respite to the oppressor, then seizes him with a painful grasp. He will exact justice for the oppressed, even among animals, so how about humans? Be assured that you will fully receive your right if you do not forgive it, for Allah is Wise, Just, and All-Aware, and He will grant justice to the oppressed.
