How can Muslims in countries where darkness does not fall in summer perform the Maghrib and Isha prayers and fast the month of Ramadan?

If night and day are distinguishable, and the signs of prayer times appear, Muslims must perform the five prayers at their prescribed times, even if the day is long or short. As for fasting, one must abstain from dawn until sunset. Whoever is unable to fast due to illness or harm should break their fast and make it up later.

However, if the sun does not set in the summer or does not rise in the winter, or if the day or night lasts for a long period, Muslims must estimate the times for prayers and fasting based on the nearest country to them where natural times are distinguishable. This is an analogy to the hadith about the Dajjal, in which the Companions were commanded to estimate prayer times.
