What is the reason for the disbelievers' dominance over Muslims through killing and destruction, and what is the role of Muslims in defending their oppressed brethren?

The domination of disbelievers over Muslims, through killing and destruction, does not encompass all of them but rather affects some. Allah Almighty has guaranteed the protection of the Muslim community from complete eradication. The reason for this domination can be attributed to several factors, including: a trial from Allah Almighty, or due to the sins and transgressions of Muslims, or their weakness and feebleness resulting from love of this world and aversion to death, or abandoning jihad and preoccupation with worldly matters. Muslims must support their brethren by returning to the religion and adhering to the commands of Sharia, and by supporting them with their lives, wealth, and words.
