If the wording of the Hadith Qudsi is from Allah, then how is it not miraculous, given that the speech of Allah Almighty is not comparable to the speech of creation, in accordance with His saying, the Most High: "There is nothing like unto Him"?

Scholars have differed regarding the wording and meaning of the Hadith Qudsi. Most of them hold the view that its meaning is from Allah, while its wording is from the Prophet (peace be upon him), and therefore its wording is not considered miraculous. Al-Tibi differentiated between it and the Qur’an, stating that the Qur’an was revealed with both its wording and meaning for the purpose of miraculousness, whereas the Hadith Qudsi is a communication from Allah regarding its meaning, and the Prophet (peace be upon him) expresses it with his own wording. Sheikh Daraz is of the opinion that there is no evidence to support the claim that its wording is from Allah, for if it were so, it would possess the same sacredness as the Qur’an, and it would not be permissible to narrate it by meaning, which is something no one has asserted. The Qur’an was revealed for challenge and for worship through its wording, unlike the Hadith Qudsi, which was revealed for its content to be acted upon.
