What is the criterion that made the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, more noble and purer than the prophets and messengers, including the Messiah, regarding whom a hadith was narrated in Sahih Muslim and Al-Bukhari: "Every son of Adam is pricked by Satan in his sides with his finger when he is born, except Jesus son of Mary, he went to prick, but he pricked the placenta"?

A Christian's reliance on a prophet's saying, in whom they do not believe, is invalid. Our Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, is the master of the children of Adam and the first to intercede and have his intercession accepted. The hadith mentioned by the Christian about Satan not touching Jesus, peace be upon him, indicates Jesus' virtue, not his superiority. The reason for this was the supplication of Mary's mother, as the hadith also shows the virtue of Mary and her mother. Mary had no offspring except Jesus, peace be upon him, so this was one of his unique characteristics. Or perhaps the reason for singling out Jesus, peace be upon him, is that he was not created from the sperm of men, but rather from the breath of Gabriel. Our Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, is superior to him, as the impurity of Satan was removed from him, and his heart was filled with wisdom and faith.
