What is the ruling on fulfilling a promise to perform charitable work within an association headed by a woman, while fearing falling under the implication of the noble Hadith: "A people who entrust their affairs to a woman will never prosper," and embarrassing the president?

The Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "A people who entrust their affairs to a woman will never prosper" addresses public offices, not private ones. Public office refers to authority that obligates others and enforces decisions upon them, concerning matters of religion, worldly affairs, personal matters, and finances, aiming to secure benefits and avert harms for the community. The majority of scholars have stipulated masculinity as a condition for holding public offices, based on the Almighty’s saying: {Men are the protectors and maintainers of women}, and on the aforementioned saying of the Prophet (PBUH). Jurists have agreed on this regarding the position of general Imamate, and the ministries of delegation and execution. As for presiding over a charitable association, this does not fall under the category of public offices that prevent women from holding them. There is no harm in the questioner participating in it if its activities are legitimate and adhere to Sharia regulations.
