Is masturbation for a married man considered kufr (disbelief), based on a fatwa that states whoever does so replaces Allah's blessing with kufr?

Masturbation is forbidden for both married and unmarried individuals. However, it is not an act of disbelief that expels one from the faith. Masturbation is more heinous for a married person because it constitutes ingratitude for blessings by not showing gratitude for them and by not guarding one's chastity. Ingratitude for blessings differs from disbelief that expels one from the faith. And Allah's saying, "Have you not seen those who exchanged the favor of Allah for disbelief?" refers to the disbelievers who chose disbelief instead of gratitude for the blessing of security.
