How can one expiate for multiple oaths when the poor and needy are unavailable, and is it permissible to expiate with money, and what is the amount to be given to each poor person, and is it permissible to give it to donation committees for the Mujahideen?

The expiation for an oath is freeing a slave, or feeding ten poor people, or clothing them. If one cannot find these, then fasting for three days, based on the Almighty's saying: (Its expiation is the feeding of ten poor people from the average of that which you feed your [own] families or clothing them or the freeing of a slave. But he who finds not [the means to do so] - then a fast of three days). If multiple oaths are taken concerning one thing, a single expiation suffices. However, if the oaths are multiple and the subject sworn upon is different for each, then each oath requires its own expiation. The expiation is given to the poor. There is no objection to giving it to those striving in the way of Allah (Mujahideen) if there are no poor people. It is not permissible to give money instead of the prescribed expiation.
