As long as you observe the rulings of the one afflicted with سلس (incontinence) in your ablution and prayer—such as performing ablution for each prayer after its time has begun, and taking precautions by tying a cloth or similar if possible—then your prayer is valid, and you are not liable for anything. You have done what you were commanded. It is not obligatory for you to undergo this operation, for seeking medical treatment is not obligatory according to the majority of scholars.
