The inheritance is distributed as follows: The mother gets one-sixth due to the presence of siblings, the full-sister(s) get two-thirds, and the remaining portion is for the half-siblings from the father's side, with the male receiving the share of two females (ta'sib).

A will bequeathing all wealth to the mother is not permissible because it is a bequest to an heir and because it exceeds one-third of the estate.
