Is wearing a very expensive golden belt for adornment by a woman considered a شرعي (Shar'i) problem?

The general rule concerning adornment is permissibility. Women are naturally inclined to love adornment, and gold and silk have been permitted for the females of the Ummah, but not its males. The Sharia has not specified a particular value for worn gold. Based on this, it is permissible for a woman to wear an expensive gold belt. It is also recommended to pay zakat on it as a precautionary measure, thereby avoiding the dispute with those who obligated zakat on jewelry, based on the hadith of the woman whom the Prophet commanded to pay zakat on her gold bracelets.
