What is the ruling on carrying a newspaper or magazine when entering the mosque?

If the newspaper or magazine is free of forbidden things, such as prohibited images of women, then there is no objection to bringing it into the mosque. However, if it contains forbidden images and articles that incite corruption, it must be destroyed, as it violates the etiquette of the mosque and desecrates its sanctity.
