Is it permissible to combine and shorten prayers when staying in Dammam for four days or less, knowing that the accommodation alternates between one's private residence and the family home?

A woman's journey ends and she must complete the prayer if she reaches the town where her husband and children reside, or if it is her original homeland, or if she intends to stay there for four days or more. In these cases, she is not permitted to shorten the prayer (qasr) or avail herself of the concessions of travel. If a traveler passes through the town of his family and children, he must complete the prayer, even if he performs only one prayer there.
