What is the ruling on writing phrases such as "Masha' Allah Tabarak Allah" (God has willed it, blessed be God) and "This is by the grace of my Lord" on the facades of houses?

The phrase "Mashallah, La Quwwata Illa Billah (What Allah wills; there is no power except with Allah)" should not be written to ward off the evil eye, because whoever sees it will read it but not utter it as an act of creation, and one who merely reads what is written is not considered to be remembering Allah. Similarly, the phrase "Hadha min fadli Rabbi (This is by the grace of my Lord)" has no meaning if it is written for people, and if humility is intended, it should be between the servant and his Lord. The prescribed شرعية (Shari'ah-compliant) method of protection is by reciting the known adhkar (remembrances) and awrad (litanies).
