The question

What is the ruling regarding the water that flows from washing the male organ after seminal fluid (madhi) discharge? And should someone who experiences continuous seminal fluid (madhi) discharge wash his male organ only once? And is it permissible for someone suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder (waswas) to wash his male organ with water without using his hand?

The answer

Only the place soiled by madhy (pre-seminal fluid) must be washed. Pouring water over it is sufficient if the impurity is removed, and the water that flows off is pure unless its color, smell, or taste has changed. It is obligatory to wash it only once if purification is achieved. Whoever suffers from constant discharge of madhy should take precautions (e.g., wear a pad), perform ablution, and pray until the time for that prayer ends. If the drops are intermittent, one must wait until they stop, then purify oneself and perform ablution. It is obligatory to resist obsessive thoughts (waswas).
