It is not possible to definitively diagnose the condition. It is recommended to fortify oneself with divine protections, maintain the morning and evening remembrances (adhkar), ask Allah for well-being, recite Surat Al-Ikhlas and the two Mu'awwidhat (Surat Al-Falaq and Surat An-Nas) three times in the morning and evening, consistently perform four rak'ahs of prayer in the early part of the day, and repeat "Hasbiyallahu la ilaha illa Huwa 'alayhi tawakkaltu wa Huwa Rabbu al-'Arshi al-'Azim" (Allah is sufficient for me; there is no god but He.
