What is the correct ruling regarding entering into a state of Ihram from Jeddah, especially for people from Sudan, and what is the opinion of Sheikh Muhammad Al-Hassan Ould Al-Diddew regarding this?

The spatial Miqat for the people of Sudan has been determined in previous fatwas. If someone coming from Sudan passes by or comes parallel to one of the two Miqats before Jeddah, then they should enter into Ihram from there. However, if they reach Jeddah without passing through Rabigh or Yalamlam, the Shafi'is and Hanbalis have stipulated that whoever comes from Suakin to Jeddah without passing through one of the two Miqats should enter into Ihram from Jeddah, because it is two stages away from Makkah.
