Is the ihram of Sudanese pilgrims valid from the miqat of the people of Madinah (Abyar Ali) if they go directly from Jeddah to Madinah first?

The miqat for the people of Sudan involves some detail. If they arrive in Jeddah and did not enter ihram from their miqat, then proceed to Medina and enter ihram from Abyar Ali, their ihram is valid. This is because whoever passes by two miqats is permitted to delay their ihram until the second one. This is the view of the Hanafis. Scholars of the Permanent Committee and Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen were asked about this, and they issued a fatwa confirming the validity of this ihram, though it is preferable to enter ihram from the first miqat.
