Is the Ihram of some Sudanese pilgrims valid from Abyar Ali if they went directly from Jeddah to Madinah and then entered into Ihram from there?

It is permissible for someone coming from Sudan who intends to travel to Medina to pass the miqat without entering ihram, and then enter ihram from the miqat of Medina. So, there is no blame on someone who passes the miqat and enters Jeddah or Mecca, then travels to Medina and enters ihram from its miqat.
