Does falling short in acts of worship, such as night prayers and wearing the hijab without a jilbab, despite performing the obligatory duties and striving in worship, constitute hypocrisy?

Congratulations to you for what Allah has bestowed upon you of His love, commitment to obligatory prayers, and modesty. Your feeling of shortcoming, your desire for sincerity, your fear of not being accepted, and your love for supererogatory acts and the complete hijab are all commendable matters. Strive to strengthen your resolve to continue on the path of guidance and perform all acts of obedience. Intend in your studies to learn what benefits you and benefits your Ummah, so that you may serve it, not merely for excellence. Continue to supplicate and ask Allah for guidance to perform all acts of obedience, in fulfillment of His saying: ﴿O YOU WHO HAVE BELIEVED, ENTER INTO ISLAM COMPLETELY﴾ [Al-Baqarah: 208]. Increase your reading of books of encouragement and deterrence.
