Is it necessary to use green soap to expel flatulence before prayer, is that permissible during Ramadan, and do insults or obscene language invalidate the fast?

The emission of gas invalidates ablution (wudu') and nullifies prayer (salat). If this emission is continuous, such that it does not stop, the person should perform ablution after the entry of the time for each prayer and pray, and the emission of gas during prayer will not harm them, unless they intentionally cause its expulsion. However, if there is a time when the emission of gas stops, then the prayer must be delayed until this time, unless one fears that the prayer time will expire, in which case they should perform ablution and pray in any condition.

There is no obligation to use something that stops continuous gas emission due to the hardship and harm involved. If soap is inserted into the anus during fasting, it invalidates the fast.

Cursing, lying, backbiting, slandering, and indecency in speech and action do not invalidate the fast, but they diminish its reward and may completely remove it, in accordance with the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "When one of you is fasting, he should not indulge in obscene talk nor should he raise his voice; and if anyone reviles him or fights with him, he should say: 'I am a fasting person,'" and his saying: "Whoever does not give up false statements and evil deeds, and ignorant and foolish actions, Allah is not in need of his leaving his food and drink."
