We advise patience with the husband and to continue advising him and reminding him of Allah and the evil consequences of his action, and that whoever fears Allah, Allah will protect his family. It is not permissible to seek divorce merely for this act unless it escalates to indecency, nor is it permissible to neglect the husband's rights due to his disobedience. One must be wary of the whispers of Satan, who seeks to scatter the family and separate the spouses, due to the loss of children that results from divorce.
