What is the ruling of Islamic law on one who forces himself to pray?

A Muslim is obligated to perform the five daily prayers at their prescribed times. There might be some difficulty in these obligations, so the individual must train themselves until prayer becomes easy and beloved.

Allah Almighty says: (And seek help through patience and prayer, and indeed, it is a great burden except for the humble [in prayer]).

The prayer performed correctly by a Muslim is sufficient for him, even if he does not fear [or dread] it.

Prayer is great in the sight of Allah Almighty and holds a significant status in religion. Many verses and hadiths have been narrated emphasizing its importance and condemning those who abandon it. Therefore, whoever is afflicted with lethargy in prayer should beware of the characteristics of hypocrites. He should reflect on the verses and hadiths, increase supplication, read about the virtues of good deeds, and associate with the righteous.
